The dentists and hygienists here are awesome! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chang for about 10 years and I’ve always been happy with the treatment I’ve received. When I had a dental emergency, I appreciated that they worked to fit me in the schedule same day. Getting dental work done is not very fun, but I’m happy to have a dentist that I trust to do good work.

Really great place and I'm hard to impress based on my previous experience! Dr Glant and the two assistants I saw today were so welcoming. No one tried to sell me anything or upcharge my services. I came in for an exam/cleaning and that's what I received. I left feeling confident that the services I received were top notch! I'm really glad I chose to go to Waterford Dental Group.

1. The receptionists are very rude when you have questions regards and concerns about what types of treatment plan proposed by the Dentist. Waterford is over charging on everything. 2. Only a few Dentists that I have experienced with are the better ones. Others are rude. All parents have the right to reject any applications on a your young child. When you get into the details of pricing on every applications that they WANT and HOPING each parents to follow, they will ROLLED their eyes and starts giving you the look. Next, will keep trying to push you for the treatment plan. They wouldn’t even want to give you any chances or opportunities to discuss with your partner on overall before you make a decision. 3. Many people rely on their dental insurance to cover part of the costs but in many cases you still have to pay at least few hundreds (high expense in kids dental). Parents need to be more cautious about how they spend on some unnecessary expenses especially for out-of-pocket charges. 4. Their Hygienists are very friendly, they are well trained the same way talking to kids and they are the ones who doesn’t mind parents asking questions. 5. I need to look for a better Pediatric Dental with kind workers and good consistent dentist that will deliver their professional care not only to young children also respect parents as well.

Best dentist I’ve been to yet! I’ve been to probably 8 different dentists around the country, and Dr Ryan and the Waterford team stand out by far. Ms Crystal was bright and cheery at my 8am appointment - she started my day so positively! I could hear the team exchanging cherry greetings and laughter with each other - everyone seems happy to work here! Dr Ryan and the hygienists explained to me everything they were doing; when I noted this, they told me it is their philosophy to “inform, then perform.” And finally, Dr Ryan was so so thorough!! I brought him four or five concerns, and he thoroughly checked my mouth and addressed all of them, sharing his recommendations along with multiple other options; I felt very informed and empowered to make decisions about my oral health. Great team, great dentist, clean facility! Best dentist and team I’ve been to!

Dr. G was absolutely incredible. Hands down the best medical care I have received since moving to California. She really cared about patient comfort and took the time to explain further patient care moving forward. The clinic itself is beautiful and clean with some awesome technology, I'm very happy to be a patient here. Edit: Had my second visit today to follow up on from before and again Dr. G is fantastic! Extremely patient with me and again truly cares for the well-being of the patient throughout your visit. You won't find a better doctor.

I don't love visiting the dentist but I'm so thankful I found this group. The dental assistant was so sweet and caring, I have to get her name next time. Dr. Perkins settled in and took his time to explain evrything to me and my options. I definitely will be back and can't wait to make an appointment in the pediatrics side for my toddlers' first visit.
